God’s Word and Plan of Salvation

Hello dance parents and friends,

I am the owner of Little Dancing Stars.  I am a Christian and follow the Holy Bible.  Our company is built on the foundation of  God and strive to adhere to His word.  Our dance instructors are Christians.  We pray and give thanks at our recitals.  We are aware that there are different faiths in our program, therefore, we do not pray during our weekly dance classes to our dancers.  There are many quotes from the Bible throughout our website and thought it might be nice to share my favorite ones with anyone who has an open heart.  May you accept God’s blessings!

Matthew 4:18 – “As He was walking along the Sea of Galilee, He saw two brothers Simon, who was called Peter, and his brother Andrew.  They were casting a net into the sea, since they were fishermen.  “Follow Me,” He told them, “and I will make you fish for people!”  Immediately they left their nets and followed Him.

Psalms 37:5 (KJV) – “Commit they way unto the LORD; trust also in him; and he shall bring it to pass.”

Psalms 34:1 – “I will praise the LORD at all time; His praise will always be on my lips.”

Psalms 34:18 – “The LORD is near the brokenhearted; He saves those crushed in spirit.”

Ecclesiastes 4:9 – “Two are better than one because they have a good reward for their efforts.  For if either falls, his companion can life him up; but pity the one who falls without another to life him up.”

Galatians 6:2 – “Carry each other’s burdens, and in this way you will fulfill the law of Christ.”

Micah 6:8 – “He has told you men what is good and what it is the LORD requires of you: Only to act justly, to love faithfulness, and to walk humbly with your God.”

Isaiah 40:7-8 – “The grass withers, the flowers fade when the breath of the LORD blows on them; indeed, the people are grass.  The grass withers, the flowers fade, but the word of our God remains forever.”

Jeremiah 29:11 – “For I know the plans I have for you” – this is the LORD’S declaration – “plans for your welfare, not for disaster, to give you a future and a hope.”

Mark 10:27 – …”With men it is impossible, but not with God, because all things are possible with God.”

2 Corinthians 12:9 and 10 – “But He said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for power is perfected in weakness.”  Therefore, I will most gladly boast all the more about my weaknesses, so that Christ’s power may reside in me.  So because of Christ, I am pleased in weaknesses, in insults, in catastrophes, in persecutions. and in pressures. For when I am weak, then I am strong.”

Galatians 6:10 – “Therefore, as we have opportunity we must work for the good of all, especially for those who belong to the household of faith.”

Philippians 4:11-14 – “I don’t say this out of need, for I have learned to be content in whatever circumstances I am.  I know both how to have a little, and I know how to have a lot.  In any and all circumstances I have learned the secret of being content – whether well-fed or hungry, whether in abundance or in need. I am able to do all things through Him who strengthens me.  Still, you did well by sharing with me in my hardship.”

Matthew 1:21 – “She will give birth to a son, and you are to name Him Jesus, because he will save His people from their sins.”

Luke 2:7-20 – “Then she gave birth to her firstborn Son, and she wrapped Him snugly in cloth and laid Him in a feeding trough – because there was no room for them at the inn.  In the same region, shepherds were staying out in the fields and keeping watch at night over their flock.  Then an angel of the Lord stood before them, and the glory of the Lord shone around them, and they were terrified.  But the angel said to them, “Don’t be afraid, for look, I proclaim to you good new of great joy that will be for all the people:  today a Savior who is Messiah the Lord, was born for you in the city of David.  This will be the sign for you: you will find a baby wrapped snugly in cloth and lying in a manger.”  Suddenly there was a multitude of the heavenly host with the angel, praising God and saying: Glory to God in the highest heaven, and peace on earth to people He favors!  When the angels had left them and returned to heaven, the shepherds said to one another, “Let’s go straight to Bethlehem and see what has happened, which the Lord has made known to us.”  They hurried off and found both Mary and Joseph, and the baby who was lying in the feeding trough.  After seeing them, they reported the message there were told about this child, and all who heard it were amazed at what the shepherds said to them.  But Mary was treasuring up all these things in her heart and meditating on them.  The shepherds returned, glorifying and praising God for all they had seen and heard, just as they had been told.”

John 3:16 – “For God loved the world in this way: He gave His One and Only Son, so that everone who believes in Him will not perish but have eternal life.”
